Have you ever met that person that is always so happy that you sit back and wonder if they’ve ever gone through a bad day?  If you have to be around that person on a semi-daily basis, especially when you’re having a rough go of things, aren’t they annoying?   It’s why I like this quote.  I tend to try to have a positive attitude because being permanently upset doesn’t solve any problems, and I like how it says that it may not solve all your problems.  Having a positive attitude, or trying to have a positive outlook on situations, does help make things easier to get through sometimes.  (The silver lining…) But I’ve always thought that it’s fun to try to have that positive attitude when you’re life really sucks at that time mainly because it will annoy the people around you.  It does make the effort of trying to have that mindset just a little bit easier!
