Seriously, what do women like for xmas gifts? Any suggestions?

Pajamas are almost always a safe bet. Nice ones. Go with hot sweatpants and a cute little tshirt. Or if she’s more conservative get her a nice pajama set from Vicki’s or something. (They do sell nice pajamas…) (Think comfort, rather than pure sex appeal. Unless you’re buying something sexy that you both know she’ll wear around you, sexy is not the goal. There’s a difference between feeling sexy and being sexy for someone else; not many guys get this.)
Get her a nicer version of something she uses all the time. For example… let’s say she drinks a ton of coffee. She gets herself coffee all the time. But you could go get her some super-good, fresh-roasted coffee, from Anodyne or Alterra. She might not splurge on this stuff if it’s just for herself, but if you give it to her, not only will she have something nice, but you know it’s something that she WILL really use, and it will be a great, personal gift.
If all else fails get her a gift certificate for a massage. She can’t complain about that.
