You don’t pick us and we don’t pick you, we are chosen for each other…

Forget what you know of wings and halos, flying and magic.  We are normal people who choose to help in extraordinary ways.  We instinctively know where we are needed and go there without hesitation.  We don’t take credit for our actions for it would defeat the purpose in our being.  We exist as an invisible helping hand.  To guide you, to help lift you up, to hold you, to hug you, to give to you, to listen to you, to jog your memory, or to point out the direction in which you should go.

We all understand it but don’t know how we understand it, all without question.  We can read your thoughts and know better than you what will make you happy.  We understand the lessons that you need to learn and more importantly, how to teach them.

We are all around you, hiding in plain sight.  We don’t stalk or follow you, we don’t have to.  We appear when we are needed and disappear when we aren’t.  Sometimes you unwillingly and unknowingly seek us out.  Sometimes we have to lay the breadcrumbs.  Either way, we are always there to help you.

Have you ever found some money on the street, in a pocket, or in the bottom of your purse right when you needed it?  Have you ever been in the right place at the exact right moment?  Have, you ever had somebody offer you something right when you needed it?  Have you ever had a plan go perfectly against all odds?  That might have been us, but we’ll never take credit.  We’ll put somebody else who needs the thanks in the way to receive it.  Its all a perfect balance and we are the scale-tippers.

We are fate’s secret agents and we do our job well.

We aren’t completely selflessly humble though.  We get our reward from your triumphs, your successes, and your smiles.  A just payback that we get to share with you.

We love you and will watch over you always so live life free and smile to let us know we’re doing a good job.
