I have a little bit of a temper that as I get older it’s been easier to control, but I have made a lot of speeches that I have regretted. I have found that when I start to lose my temper it’s better to just walk away from the situation for a little while and take a few deep breaths until I calm down, or I say a lot of things that I don’t really mean. So, I choose to walk away from the situation until I know I’m calm enough to get back into it, which sometimes people don’t understand…
